Our client is a top US IT MNC in providing voice solutions for mobile workers. Their solutions enables over 250,000 workers worldwide to distribute multi-billion US dollarsâ™ worth of goods from distribution centers and warehouses to customer location.
Description:
Business Development Manager, ANZ will be responsible for the development of my clientâ™s Supply Chain sales throughout the region, including:
l Development of go-to-market strategies for the ANZ market.
l Evaluating new channel partners and supporting existing channel partners
l Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
l Working closely with consultants and other teams as we continue to grow the business in ANZ
l Assisting marketing team to roll out the marketing events
l Acting as a focal point for direct & indirect sales issues and escalating when appropriate.
l Resolve issues and maintaining relationships with customers
l Maintain morale through consistent positive interaction while ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
l Bachelor degree in Engineering or business desired; advanced degree desirable
l Minimum 10 years IT sales experience and at least 8 years in channel sales position
l Demonstrated success in building a channel network from the ground up (i.e. there are currently minimum resources and minimal partners currently in ANZ), with a particular focus on building markets through indirect channels
l Proven track record in rapidly growing a IT product company. Must be an excellent sales person and capable of managing channels.
l Demonstrated ability to create formal go-to-market plans and follow through on plan implementation
l Ability to present the solution recommendation to executive level
l Customer management skills for planning project, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
Excellent communication skills including effective oral, written, presentation, negotiation, organizational and collaboration and listening skills
