Requirements:

University/College Graduate or above in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related discipline
At least 10 years of regional and practical working experience in senior management positions, with financial and general administration background, in garment manufacturing plants with a workforce of over 4,000 persons
At least 5 years of practical experience in managing a sizeable factory, with solid experience in production management
Must have the ability to lead and motivate the workforce, and drive for results
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Spoken and written Chinese an advantage

Job Duties:

Responsible for factory management, implement factory budget;
Monitoring production and operations closely on quality with cost effectiveness;
Supervise and provide strategies to improve the factory operations and productivity;
Act as management representative to oversee the factory operations, report duty directly to HK management
Planning, forecasting and realizing the whole manufacturing operations;
Co-ordinate with different departments and HK office regarding all production issues and improving management efficiency.
Resolve problems by adjusting priorities, schedules and reassignment of workforce when necessary
Supervise factory audit and other license matters
Stationed in factory
