We create outstanding visitor experiences and graphic packages for public and private museums, visitor centers, learning facilities, science centers, traveling exhibitions, and corporate organizations. The Role as Lead Exhibit Designer / Exhibit Designer
The Lead Exhibit Designer / Exhibit Designer will work closely with the Creative Director to design, coordinate and integrate exhibits, graphics and media concepts into the overall physical needs of the space. In addition, theLead Exhibit Designer / Exhibit Designer will play a key role in developing effectively the storyline and interpretative goals of the project.
Main Responsibilities

Develop designs, including interactive experiences, 3-D exhibit elements, interiors, artifact displays, and drawing packages, including construction drawings,
Work in a team environment including sub-contractors, and client contacts
Participate in conceptual development and illustrate design concepts through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches and computer renderings.
Travel to meetings and site visits as required by projects.

Qualifications

B.A. or M.A. in Exhibit Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design with minimum 4 years of experience in exhibit design or related field
Strong technical drawing skills, 3-D modeling/rendering skills
High level of fluency with Adobe CS Suite, MS Office or Keynote
Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standards of exhibit design

(Lead Exhibit Designer only)

Manage junior designers, delegate tasks to junior team members, and guide the design process to achieve project goals
At least 8 years of proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualization, design development, and CDs
