Our client is one of the largest telecommunications company in worldwide.
Responsibilities:

Manage, improve and maintain hardware compliance and quality of ODM terminals.
Assure compliance of all sold terminals to Group Health & Safety policy.
Maintain and improve Health & Safety policy on terminals.
Implement and provide ongoing improvement of group terminal product quality assurance process aligned with key stake holders.
Contribute to the ODM products concerning hardware performance, compliance and quality assurance.
Align processes with Health & Safety community in the local operators.
Manage balance between cost, quality and time to market in line with Group interest for product quality issues in Global Terminals.
Manage and optimize terminal product quality assurance process with focus on ODM products.
Assure new local operators will be aligned to Group H&S procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years from the Telecommunication / Mobile Phone Industry with experience in Product Quality, Safety, Compliance, Development and Manufacturing.
Good knowledge in terminals like handsets, data card, notebook, accessories, point of sale, etc
Must be experienced in all relevant potential product Health &Safetyissues, with regular alignment with legal experts
Experienced incooperatingwith vendors in Greater China, Taiwan and South East Asia countries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken EnglishWilling to be stationed in Hong Kong
