PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Transfer the projects to production with the line setup, tooling&fixture setup, related product documentations well prepared. Enhance the manufacturing process control and throughput by reducing process costs, supporting product quality and production objectives.

A. Assist design engineer for prototype testing. Work with design engineer in co-develop processes in harmony with product design.
B. Assume full responsibility for the installation, development, and debugging of tools, equipment and process associate with new lines of product apparatus.
C. Give engineering support to and Prepare all production related documentations, such as MIL, IB, Control plan, Process map, Training line technician and operators.
D. Design, development and justify and guide the installation of new Engineering concept for comprehensive overall improvement including use of statistical tools.
E. Evaluate existing or potential manufacturing problems or improvement opportunities, eliminate production bottleneck, increase productivity and productivity capacity.
F. Lead teams in the implementation of lean manufacturing concepts, assist in driving continuous improvement process at the shop floor level.
G. Monitors and coordinates the creation of new products’ prototypes, such as selection of suppliers, material selection, supervising and instruction on assembly.
H. Communicate and participate with production and quality actions groups. Work with related functional departments to solve some technical problems.
J. Have the capability to take multiple projects and complete them on schedule with minimal supervision.
K. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and tool is a must.
L. Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player.

Qualifications:
A.Requires a minimum of 5-7 years experience as an engineer or equivalent and could entail as much as five or six of recognized team and progressive individual experience.

B.B.S. in Engineering or Physical Sciences or its recognized equivalent in education and experience.

C.Good at MV products process improvement, tooling and fixture updated.
