Main Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the Account functions in Australia
Ensure the attainment of revenue & profit target and organizational goals
Develop sales and business development strategies and action plans for companyâ™s business and implement such plans aggressively
Provide advice to Managing Director, Asia Pacific on the direction of countryâ™s business with respect to market needs.
Select, develop and monitor employeesâ™ productivity, which include work allocation, training, and problem resolution, evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions, motivates employees to achieve organizational goals
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
At least 5 years to 10 years solid sales/business development working experience in MNC companies or larger size companies at managerial level, preferably in Electronics, Semiconductor or Information Technology Industry
Proven track records in developing sales & business development strategies
Knowledge of Valuation business is an advantage
Excellent network with some MNC companies or larger size companies
Skills
Knowledge of machinery and equipments
Good customer interaction, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
Excellent business acumen with an excellent understanding of business processes and procedures
Proficient in the use of standard computer software: MS Windows, MS Office
