The job incumbent will be responsible for targeting new business in our Corporate Accounts based in Hong Kong.Job roles include but not limited to:

Expanding the prospect pipelines and developing new business opportunities through networking events, meetings and other marketing activities
Preparing proposals and lead a team to close the deal with prospects in a professional manner
Liaising with different external and internal parties to ensure smooth andeffective selling process
Focusing on sales in order to achieve the individual and team revenue target

Our Requirements:

University graduate with 5-8 years insurance experience, preferably in multiple lines of insurance or professional Lines expertise.
Have a proven track record as a producer and an established network of high level contacts in Hong Kong
Aggressive, result-oriented, sociable and outgoing
Excellent networking, presentation and communication skills
Have a strong sense of urgency and able to work well under tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
Remuneration includes Fixed Basic Salary plus Attractive Production Bonus
