Our client, a major global bank, is looking for high calibre candidates to support it's Global Transaction Services HKteam to prepare response to client proposals.
Responsibilities:
Write high quality, customized RFPs, RFIs and Due Diligence responses for GTS’ clients in Securities & Fund Services within client deadlines. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery to sales, from initial receipt, development to production complying with bank’s style/standard.
Work with Product and Subject Matter Experts to build and maintain an updated and robust database, ensuring consistency and compliance with global and regional standards. All new RFP responses are to be uploaded within a reasonable timeframe and reviewed by relevant Product experts.
To keep abreast and be familiar with all GTS and SFS positioning, product updates and messages from marketing materials to effectively incorporate contents into the database and proposals.
Keep abreast of client needs & market trends through continuous interaction with coverage & product.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of the securities industry
Experience working with the following product groups: Global Custody, Direct Custody and Clearing, Securities Lending, Alternative Investments, Fund Administration and Transfer Agency.
RFP writing & database management experiences.
Strong English writing skills and comprehension, especially in proposal writing
An Asian language is beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure, time management, meet deadlines and work with people of all levels across the region.
