Eligibility
To apply for the Programme, you must:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (in any discipline);
Have achieved good results in English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (or equivalent);
Have less than three years of work experience;
Speak and write fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
Be proactive, innovative and resilient, and be able to think laterally, and
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
