OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Develops and Executes the sale and marketing strategy to grow the companyâ™s product sale in Australia & New Zealand. Develops the companyâ™s business in Emerging market in Australia & New Zealand. Manages the process and operational results of the dealer distribution channel to ensure it financially meets the target. Finalize and maintain Australia & New Zealand channel development policies. Monitors and protects the companyâ™s assets within the dealer network/distribution channel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Makes and Implements the company's annual operational business plan in the region
Establish strong brand name for the company and gain the major market share through managing distributions in the region
Manages the distributor Business Planning Process and fulfill regional sales target. Supports distributors in conducting planning sessions targeted for change or rapid improvement of sale performance.
Manages regional Marketing Planning and support in low performing distributor improve process or general distribution startup procedures.
Facilitates dealership change through consolidation, replacement and termination of current dealership locations and ownership.
Monitors distributors financial, market and operational performance and finalize distributorâ™s development plan to drive improve distributor loyalty, capabilities and sale performance. Counsels company personnel on the proper application of incentives and terms.
Manages internal and external administration processes, terms and standards, agreements and applicable laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of dealers/merchants/alliance partners, finance programs and products. - Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.
Understanding of financial statements, cash flow and key financial ratios.
Understands legal issues affecting area of responsibility, able to identify issues associated with assigned tasks, and able to spot ethical issues in practice.
Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Education: Degree in Business/Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience, university degree and above.
Requirements:
Dealer/distributor development, field sales or marketing experience in Medical equipment or other large scale equipment work experience is priority. Around 10 years.
Flexible to work in a home-office scenario.
Independent, aggressive, hands on, a risk taker.
