Raffles Marina is Singaporeâ™s premier marina. An international full service boating haven, we offer berthing facilities to a wide range of boats from small pleasurecrafts to superyachts, within the setting of the comforts of a prestigious country club. We are looking for an individual who is well qualified, presented, meticulous, highly motivated, good planning skills and resourceful, to join us as Marina Manager.
The incumbent will be primarily responsible to head the operations of the Marina Division. This is a senior management appointment and will report variously to the Chief Executive Officer, the President, and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
Management of the Dockmasterâ™s Office (Operations & Administration)
Operation, maintenance of marina, boathouse and equipments
Operation and maintenance of Raffles Marina crafts
Formulation and implementation of marina policies, regulations, budget, security, & emergency procedures
Promotion and marketing of Raffles Marina
Organisation of regattas, cruises and sea sports activities
Arranging powerboat & sailing courses
Training of staff in marina operations
Compliance with safety procedures and Instill in all staff safe working practices
Liaison with external bodies including government agencies
Requirements:
Relevant degree or maritime qualifications
Professional certificate relating to marina operations
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing a yacht club or marina, covering marina operations and administration responsibilities
Possess an outstanding customer service mindset, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organizational & leadership qualities, excellent team player, and must be hands-on
Sea Sports experience will be an advantage

Serves as the Functional Application Expert; Acts as a Regional Subject Matter Expert
May have responsibility for the time management system administration for multiple countries
Key member of the regional implementation team
Leads change control processes
Maintain functional system set-ups. Evaluates requested system changes and impact of changes to the entire system and across downstream applications
Configures time management application for business, country, or region specific needs
Documents business processes, and manages change documentation and work instructions, and issue resolutions
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
Language skills - English required. (German, French, Romanian is an advantage)
Three (3+) years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor preferred)
Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications in a hosted environment
Prior experience in supporting Functional Testing, Integration Testing and UAT
Travel
Ability to travel up to 25% (Europe, Africa, Middle East)
