Kindergarten Teacher - Gateway Foreign Language Institute

Established in early 2004, Gateway Foreign Language Institute is a premier foreign-run institution in the beautiful city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province, China. It runs English as a Second Language classes and a kindergarten. Currently it is building its own 7 storey building and is increasing its staff strength.

Responsibilities:

To plan and implement the English as a Second Language (ESL) curriculum under the guidance of the Centre Principal to ensure the children learn the English Language in a fun and engaging manner responsive to children’s needs.
Create a learning environment where children can explore, experiment, question and interact to acquire knowledge.
Understand the needs of the children and actively participate in assessing the personal development of the children.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree & TESOL , Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of ESL teachingexperience (preferably in children)is required for this position.
OR degrees/diplomas in Early Childhood Education.
2 Full-Time positions available in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China.
Details:

Start time: September 2011
Hours of teaching: 20 hours per week
Salary Provided: RMB 5000 â€" RMB 8000 per month
Airfare: Fully reimbursed for one year of contract
