Our client is a leading global player in the Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture space and is looking to build its consulting practice to continue to grow and promote ARIS awareness and usage within its Australian and New Zealand customer base. As part of the Global Consulting Services organization, the ARIS practice offers its clients consulting services around ARIS products, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, Service Oriented Architectures and Project/Program Management.
THE ROLE

Provide consulting services in customer projects
Work with the sales team to support customer engagements
Train customers and partners on ARIS products & solutions
Shape the business strategy of client’s Global Consulting Services unit by developing innovative consulting offerings and drive them into the market
Show thought leadership on the market and share knowledge
Work in virtual, topic-centered team, built from the global employee base as well as our partner eco-system
Travel in Australia, some international travel may be required

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of technical and/or business consulting
3+ years of ARIS usage in a business analyst or IT architect role
3+ years of experience with ARIS Process Performance Manager
2+ years of ARIS implementation experience (installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting)
ARIS Mashzone
2+ years business development and/or (pre-)sales
Enterprise Business Applications (SAP, Oracle, …)
Database (Oracle, SQL Server, mySQL, ….)
Methodologies and Frameworks (AVE, ASAP, TOGAF, RUP, CMMI, SixSigma, ….)
Desired:

ARIS Business Optimizer
EAI (webMethods, SAP Netweaver PI, Tibco, ….)
Other modeling tools (Rational, Casewise, Metastorm, ….)
Software development (Java, .Net, …)
Project Management (PMI, Prince2, SCRUM, …)
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or IT related field
Desired:

Formal education in business and IT
