Our Client, a world leader in the delivery of community based engineering development services has a unique and challenging opportunity for a Finance and Compliance Manager in their operations in Afghanistan.
Reporting to the Country Director you will oversee 23 offices around Afghanistan, liasing with Regional and Provicial managers ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Donor funding the programs. Reviewing processes and controls; Coordinating budgets and forecasts.
You will be degree qualified in Finance with a minimum of 7-10 years experience in a similar environment.
