Responsibilities:

Ensurethat the industry best practices as well as Corporate Policies inSecurity, Safety and Environmental are enforced and cultivated in theOperations.
Engageand build up relations with Regional Maritime Portauthorities and Industry players to lobby for business and operationalsupport.
Designand implement best frameworks in Security and Emergency Reponses workflows
Be thepoint man in all emergency responses matters for the Maritime Divisionboth internally & externally

Requirements:

RelevantDegree from a recognized institution with at least 8 years’ maritime experiencein security/ emergency response planning
Articulateand Ability to engage all levels of the workforce from Executive Managersto Crew.
GoodNetwork of contacts with Regional Port Authorities as well as IndustryPlayers
Abilityto communicate Complex issues & policies in simple terms
Possessgood spoken and written communication skills
Calmand confident
GreatInterpersonal skills
