Service Administrator (Based in Sydney) - Intermec Technologies (S) Pte Ltd

This position reports to the ANZ Service Supervisor and the core focus of this role is to assist in the delivery of exceptional customer service in job/work flow, logistics and all other customer oriented support activities. Responsibilities:


Process customer Purchase Orders

Raise service repair quotes

Raise invoices for service repairs

Inventory management â€" place orders, receive and ensure proper storage of all spare parts

Service contract management â€" raise quotes, draw up service contracts, invoice and manage renewals

Receive and process incoming repair jobs

Managing the booking and prioritising of in house repair work

Receive and process incoming repair jobs

Managing customer liaison regarding the status of repairs and parts orders

Pack/dispatch and processes outgoing repair jobs

Manage spares pool, keep records all incoming and outgoing items

Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email

Prepare customer service repair reports
Requirements:

Experience in a similar role (previous position in a service department will be highly regarded)
Outstanding customer service skills and professional presentation
Task ownership and responsibility
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Highly motivated, able to work efficiently, ensuring follow through of all tasks, strict attention to detail and maintaining high data entry accuracy levels
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a busy environment is essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess a strong work ethic and a positive 'can do' attitude
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge in SAP, Pronto is beneficial but not essential
