Actuarial Manager – Product Development- American International Assurance Co., Ltd. (AIA)

URGENTLY REQUIRED !!!American International Assurance Company, Limited (AIA Thailand) has been operating in Thailand for more than 67 years. The company has currently 1,700 staff, 63,000 agents. Apart from life insurance, AIA offers personal accidental insurance, group insurance, credit life insurance, worksite marketing, supplementary contracts, and provident funds.

Responsibilities :-This job is responsible for develop "Profitable" and "Marketable" products for AIA Thailand, analyze profitability of sales, assist agency distribution channels in developing campaigns, design and review distribution force compensation. Maintain and develop local actuarial, develop team members in terms of Actuarial Knowledge, Technical, Business, and Management Skills.Qualifications :- University degree of Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or Mathematics Science At least 5 years of solid experience in product development field of direct Life Insurance especially in A&H product pricing area Qualified/close to qualified Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or an equivalent international professional association Good technical and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of written and spoken English and computer literacy including MS Office, Windows applications, statistical tools and computer programming Expatiate applica
