This client is a well-known equipment manufacturer (OEM) with offices worldwide servicing the oil and gas industry. As their business growth in Asia they are now seeking a Country Manager based in Seoul, Korea for strategic business management.
As the senior staff, the Country Manager is to strategize, formulate and implement business growth for the country. The role is responsible for the orders and will demonstrate leadership in managing sales, commercial, application engineering and project management team. This will includes securing major projects, successful implementation and timely project hand-over.
Ideally you should have a Degree in Engineering or equivalent with a strong background in sales or marketing management for the past 10 to 15 years. A strong background in leading new business initiatives and managed a team of sales personnel in a direct or indirect sales channel environment. Cultivate a long term customer relationship and develop a methodology to improve the sales and commercial project management.
