Design Director - Hong Kong Innovation Design

Hong Kong Innovation Design is an independent owned professional interior design house located in China(Hangzhou) with Hong Kong capital. Our Hong Kong management staffs and designers have more than twenty year extensive experience in design for property industry.Since 2003, we have our projects finished in more than ten main cities in China including Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing etc. Our projects portfolio shows solid experience in areas including department stores, international hotels, business offices, show flats, convention and merchandising center.We specialize in design service for, but not limit to, design project, market planning, interior design, VI design, project follow-up services. Job duties

Be a strong team player, and give comments on all design aspects.

Responsible for planning, reviewing and monitoring design issues for coordinating technical issues for multiple and large projects.

Oversee and ensure the team quality of work.

Manage budgets and work closely with department heads for strategic development.
Requirements

8 plus years practical experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD required.

Hold Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Above 35 years old.

Shoping Mall, Hotel, Office interior Design experience.

Excellent leadership and communication skills and able to motivate team members.

Ability to present design effectively to the client, and work effectively and lead team.

Independent, creativity, team leadership experience, ability to conceive, lead and manage projects.

Able to work under pressure.

Fluent in English, Mandarin.

Station in China(Hangzhou)
