THE CHALLENGE

Assists in managing the technical sales/marketing operations of the Animal Nutrition & Health business in order to achieve the strategic, sales and marketing objectives of the company.
Provides technical sales/marketing support to customers and the premix plants to ensure customer satisfaction and product conformity respectively.
Creates premix formulations and liaises with Best Practice Manager regarding quality issues and new and unusual formulations.
Maintains customer action plans and provides quotations to customers as necessary.
Assists in the control and issuance of external documents for the distribution of technical and marketing information and regulatory compliance.
Participates in market development of new products.
Facilitates the activities of the technical marketing team and assists in technical marketing meetings as needed.
Observes SHE policies & instructions.
Other responsibilities as allocated by the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum degree - preferably Masters/PHD in Animal Science or applicable field.
Strong technical/sales abilities including analytical, attention to detail and problem solving skills along with the marketing skills required to form strong customer relationships.
