The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success selling software or services and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers. This position will be selling Splunk's software and services as part of a team including a field sales person and a sales engineer into a ANZ geographic territory primarily by telephone and email.Responsibilities:I want to and can do that!

Inbound lead follow-up and status update through the company CRM system
Outbound prospecting/Lead generation
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Schedule product demos for qualified customers
Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services
Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals

Requirements:I’ve already done that or have that!

5+ years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions
Consistent historic over achievement of quota in a similar position
Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
Consistent track record of developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closing
Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork Location: either in Sydney or Melbourne, may require to Work from Home

The Mulwala project team has an opening for a Process/Manufacturing Project Engineer with responsibilities to support technology transfer, production start-up and provide process engineering support of a new NC & Single base facility being built in Mulwala, Australia. The position will support all activities related to a new plant startup such as facility construction, operations support, production planning, operational start-up, and product manufacture up to final acceptance of nitrocellulose and nine different single-base propellant formulations in the new production facility. Position requires relocation to Australia for a long-term expatriate assignment expected to last at least 2 years.Position offers paid relocation and other lucrative benefits including competitive salary premium, and monthly stipends for housing, vehicle, and other goods & services.
Requirements include BS in engineering science or related field. Experience working with nitrocellulose, propellant manufacturing or other energetic materials is preferable. However,experience with chemical manufacturing operations will be considered. Experience in process engineering and production operations relating to energetic materials. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to support production and work directly with Lead Propellant Engineering role. Ability to develop procedures and quality assurance documentation. Responsible for monitoring production and product process control activitiesas well as analysis of process and product data to determine the production processing parameter requirements to make acceptable products. Successful candidate must be a self-starter and capable of providing direction that requires significant complexity and scope to ensure successful product qualification. Be able to present and effectively communicate to operations personnel, eng
ineering staff, management and ATK internal and external customers. Capable of planning and understanding risk associated with processing and handling energetic and hazardous materials. Ability to report technical status of project to internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Preferred: Five plus years experience in the nitrocellulose or propellant manufacturing industry, preferably both. Experience in chemical, quality, technical or process engineering. Understanding of product qualification requirements, testing and use of ballistic data. Experience in other energetic manufacturing and a strong background in process safety. Experience with production operations is highly desirable. Good communication andwriting skills. Prefer experience with hazards and safety requirements for handling energetic materials and processes.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting the technical needs of our customers in the test and measurement industry. The person is responsible for supporting Wireless Business Unit (WBU) product, Protocol Test, Drive Test, BaseStation Test, of JDSU CommTest in ANZ and part of SEA. The person is expected to drive issues to successful resolution within the wider SSO team, directly with Sales and to the respective Business Units & Divisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Role :

Responsible for WBU products, Protocol Test, Drive Test, BaseStation Test, primarily
Responsible for other CommTest product accordingly
Responsible for ANZ and some of SEA region e.g. Indonesia
Work closely with our sales (direct, indirect) for pre and post sales activity
Continuously seek for customer’s unmet and unstated needs
Propose right solution and demonstrate compelling JDSU proposal value
Generate differentiated business case and share with team and help grow each other
Provide right feedback to divisions and set right action
Take necessary action proactively in a right timing
Keep obtaining new skill proactively
Work closely with the division and regional marketing team in assisting with new product launches
Expect 40% of time for business travel
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant Engineering field with over 4 years experience in Applications / Pre-sales / Post-sales engineering experience
Deep Wireless technology knowledge e.g. LTE, UMTS, GSM
Deep Wireless product knowledge e.g. Protocol Test, DriveTest, BaseStation Test
Deep Wireless test case knowledge; customer’s test procedure; customer’s real unmet needs
Experience in telecommunications test and measurement industry is plus
Excellent customer and communications skills
Strong trouble shooting skills
