ATAL Building Services Engineering Ltd., the building services arm of the Analogue Group, provides total solution ranging from design, installation, testing, commissioning to operation and maintenance of the full spectrum of building services works, including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services, Plumbing & Drainage, ELV, Energy Management, Control and Building Management Systems for building and infrastructure development projects. You will be responsible for :

Tender estimation, contract administration, system design, cost analysis, budget control, materials procurement, project planning and T&C supervision for various BS / E&M contracts.
You should possess :

Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, preferably with professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in managing large scale multi-disciplinary Building Services/ E&M projects, exposure to infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
Experience as contractor is a plus.
Conversant in English.
Business acumen with strong leadership skill.
Self motivated, excellent communication, interpersonal & project management skills.
Working location: Hong Kong.
