This roleprovides professional legal advice and supports international bids activitiesacross projects and sites in the Asia Pacific region. Therole willtake leadershipin negotiating MoUs, Consortium Agreements, Customer Contracts, Supplier Contracts, License Agreements, Representative Agreements, Escrow Agreements and any other ancilliary types of business agreements.
The nature of the role requires thatthe personworks closelywith the Sales & Bids functions toestablish and implementacommercial strategy that is aligned to the company'sbusiness objectives. The person must have the ability to operate across all countries in the Asia Pacific region including, Thailand, China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East, Australia, Phillipines, Malaysia, Vietnam.
The role reports to the Contracts & Business Development Director (Asia Pacific). English proficiency is a must and frequent travel is expected.
An International Law degree is required and previous experience in a similar capacity would be highly regarded.
