General Manager - Operations
Responsibilities:
Report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead a team of staff force
To lead and oversees the daily operations of our boutique and serviced apartments including guest services, housekeeping, maintenances, and security services.
Instill and reinforce the development of an outstanding service culture while ensuring that all guest service issues are handled swiftly and with careful attention.
Able to lead an operating team at different locations that is able to adapt quickly and profitably to changes.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree or equivalent.
Experience in Hong Kong property market / Asian market is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good team player, takes initiative and has strong problem solving skills.
Good command of English.
Lead and manage numerous teams based on each property.
